The Story in Short...
To practice more inclusive research for a mature UX community like Sam's Club, the researchers on the team would love to pilot a pioneer persona kit that would cover broader user cases to a more unbiased extent.Â
I was the lead researcher for producing the "persona kit" of associates, within the context of internal tools and operations. Specifically, I worked and researched across the fulfillment department, researched over 3+ stores, and interviewed 20+ employees in-depth. The ultimate insights were produced with another co-lead researcher to cover broader departments.
Besides the contribution to a more inclusive UX environment, specific insights and recommendations were also adopted by the fulfillment team during my research process.
