I collaborated with Home Depot to address their curbside pick-up volume decrease problem within the 9-month capstone project. Working closely with UX designers, UX researchers, Operational Managers, and Product Managers, I led efforts to improve their consumer app experience. In the end, I collaborated with a UX designer and re-designed Home Depot's curbside pick-up app experience, including the carplay flow. Our work resulted in greater customer satisfaction and a higher return rate during the validation phase.
